Juventus Scudetto Can Refunded

Hope to get back Juventus scudetto title removed because they are increasingly thickened Calciopoli scandal.
Paco D'Onofrio, one lawyer Luciano Moggi - former Juventus director - who is an expert in the field of sports law, said the court decision issued by the sport in 2006, which makes two Juve scudetto removed and they should go down to Serie caste B, can be returned.
He claimed that the FIGC not have to wait until the end of the current trial in the court of Naples for making that decision. Currently, his Italian PSSI was currently examining the evidence advanced by the meeting is to review the results of their investigation in 2006.
"To request a review of the process in 2006 do not have to wait for the results of the trial in Naples," says D'Onofrio told Radio Power Station.
"The evidence which has left more than in 2006, so we only needed a new phone tapping and statements of all witnesses from the trial at Naples to change entirely the decision in 2006."
The trial in Naples itself is scheduled to be resumed on Tuesday (12/10) tomorrow. In this trial, Moggi has revealed new evidence that shows there have been talks between the number of directors from different clubs with the referee and match officials.
More than 171,000 tapping results revealed in this trial, the material that is not yet available on the previous trial in 2006. Some parties claim if this evidence had come out earlier, the decision of the trial on four years ago might just be different.
